Eleni Tsimidou is a visual artist, graduated from the Fine Arts University, Visual and Applied Art, in sculpturing, of Aristoteleio University of Thessaloniki. She studied and worked in conservation of Art. She has a degree in piano studies and music harmony. From 2002 she works with video, photography and constructions of mosaics. She participates in
Group exhibitions with installations, video and painting. Also she does scenography and theatrical light for theatrical plays. The last years she works on open art with children.

Η Ελένη Τσιμίδου είναι εικαστικός, απόφοιτη της Σχολής Καλών Τεχνών του τμήματος Εικαστικών και Εφαρμοσμένων, με κατεύθυνση γλυπτική, του Α.Π.Θ. Σπούδασε και εργάστηκε ως συντηρήτρια έργων ζωγραφικής. Είναι πτυχιούχος πιάνου και αρμονίας και ασχολείται από το 2002 με βίντεο, φωτογραφία και ψηφιδωτό. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε ομαδικές εκθέσεις εικαστικών με βίντεο, εγκαταστάσεις και σχέδιο. Επίσης έχει επιμεληθεί σκηνικά και φώτα σε θεατρικές παραστάσεις. Τα τελευταία χρόνια ασχολείται εντατικά με την ανοιχτή τέχνη στα παιδιά.
