Uraeus colours de John Kinyanjui

Uraeus is a representation of a sacred serpent. Considered an emblem of supreme power, worn on the headdresses of ancient Egyptian deities and sovereigns. I wanted to add a modern touch to this design and used the spiral to represent the sacred serpent (Uraeus) using the overlapping rectangular cards to represent ancient Egypt's dependence on superstition. The colours represent the main colours used on the headdresses worn in ancient times with a golden colour on the background to signify the preciousness of a good carpet.
Uraeus ni uwakilishi wa nyoka takatifu kama nembo ya nguvu ya juu kabisa, huvaliwa kwenye headdresses ya miungu ya Misri ya kale na familia ya kifalme.I alitaka kujenga mpango huu na kugusa kisasa na hiyo, mimi kutumia mvirigo kuiwakilisha nyoka takatifu (Uraeus) kutumia ukipishana kadi mstatili kuiwakilisha utegemezi Misri ya kale juu ya ushirikina wakati kwa kutumia rangi ya kuwakilisha rangi hasa juu ya headdresses huvaliwa katika wakati huo wa zamani na rangi ya dhahabu nyuma hivyo kwa ishara ya thamani kubwa ya mkeka mzuri.
